Volumetric weight is calculated based on the dimensions of your box. The standard formula used by air carriers is (Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 5000. For surface transport, the divisor is usually 4000. You will be billed on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
We strictly follow aviation and transport protocols. Items like explosives, flammable liquids, currencies, live animals, perishable foods, and illegal narcotics are strictly prohibited. Electronics with batteries require special declaration.
If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery after 3 attempts, the parcel is marked as Return To Origin (RTO). The return shipping charges will be borne by the sender as per the carrier's standard RTO policy.
