By accessing our site, creating a B2B corporate account, generating an Air Waybill (AWB), or integrating our APIs, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our Services.

Corporate World Services operates as a Master Franchise Aggregator. We provide a unified platform to book and track shipments utilizing third-party logistics carriers (including DTDC, Blue Dart, FedEx, DHL, Delhivery, etc.).

We act as a facilitator connecting you with these carriers. The actual transit, handling, and delivery of physical goods are executed by the respective assigned carrier, subject to their individual transit network capabilities and force majeure conditions.

Clients must ensure that all shipments comply with aviation security, state transport laws, and international customs regulations. The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Explosives & Flammable Liquids
• Currency, Gold, or Precious Stones
• Live Animals & Perishable Goods
• Illegal Narcotics & Contraband

Note: Electronics containing Lithium-Ion batteries require a special declaration before booking. Failure to declare such items may result in parcel confiscation and hefty penalties levied by aviation authorities.

Logistics pricing is dynamic and calculated based on the Chargeable Weight of the parcel. The chargeable weight is the higher of the Actual Weight or Volumetric (Dimensional) Weight.

• Air Freight Formula: (Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 5000.
• Surface Freight Formula: (Length × Width × Height in cm) ÷ 4000 (varies by partner).
• Any weight discrepancy discovered by the carrier's automated sorting hub will be auto-debited from your corporate wallet/invoice.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, consignee unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel (common in E-Commerce COD orders), the courier partner will initiate an RTO after 3 failed attempts.

RTO Charges: The sender (Client) is liable to pay the return shipping charges as levied by the respective carrier. For international shipments, customs duties and return freight must be cleared by the sender.

While we ensure the highest standards of routing, CWS acts as a technology and franchise aggregator. Our maximum liability in the event of loss, damage, or delay of an uninsured parcel is strictly limited to the base freight charges paid or ₹2,000 (whichever is lower), in accordance with the assigned carrier's standard carriage terms.

Clients shipping high-value items (above ₹5,000) are strongly advised to opt for Freight Insurance / Carrier Risk at the time of booking.
